经桡动脉行冠状动脉造影术的综合护理措施 　　摘要：目的 研究经桡动脉行冠状动脉造影术的综合护理措施。方法 选取我院已经进行经桡动脉行冠状动脉造影术的患者112例，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组56例，观察组给予综合护理，对照组给予常规护理，比较两组患者手术相关指标、护理满意度及手术并发症发生情况。结果 观察组手术时间住院时间和绷带加压包扎时间显著少于对照组（P0.05）。结论 综合护理可以减少经桡动脉行冠状动脉造影术术后并发症，提高护理满意度，值得临床应用推广。 　　关键词：桡动脉；冠状动脉造影术；护理 　　Comprehensive Nursing Measures for Patients after Coronary Angiography Via Radial Artery 　　YANG Xiao-yan 　　（Guanghan Peoples Hospital，Guanghan 618300，Sichuan ，China） 　　Abstract：Objective To study the comprehensive nursing measures for patients after coronary angiography via radial artery. Methods 112 patients who had received coronary angiography via radial artery in the hospital were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group， with 56 cases in each group. Patients in the observation group were given comprehensive nursing， whereas those in the control group given routine care. The relevant indicators of surgery， nursing satisfaction and complications in the two groups were compared. Results The operation duration in the observation group and bandage pressure dressing time were significantly shorter than the control group （P0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can reduce the postoperative complications induced by coronary angiography via radial artery and improve patients nursing satisfaction， thus worthwhile to be popularized in clinical application. 　　Key words：Radial artery； Coronary angiography； Nursing 　　?桡动脉行冠状动脉造影术是诊断冠心病的一种常用且有效的方法，是一种较为安全可靠的诊断技术[1]。综合护理措施能有效减少术后并发症发生率，缩短住院时间，减少住院费用。本研究对部分患者采用综合护理措施，取得良好效果，现将结果报告如下。 　　1 资料与方法 　　1.1一般资料 选取我院经桡动脉行冠状动脉造影术的患者112例，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组56例，观察组中，男34例，女22例，年龄56～70岁，平均（64.22±5.01）岁，初中以下学历11例，初中学历22例，初中以上学历23例；对照组中，男36例，女20例，年龄57～71岁，平均（65.45±5.48）岁，初中以下学历13例，初中学历29例，初中以上学历14例。两组患者的性别、年龄、文化程度等方面比较无统计学意义（P0.05）。 　　1.2方法 　　1.2.1对照组 患者常规护理，具体如下：①询问患者的一般情况并向患者家属询问患者既往病史，②要完全掌握手术适应症，排除手术禁忌做好护理记录，最后如发现患者异常及时与医师及患者家属进行沟通。 　　1.2.2观察组 在对照组基础上进行综合护理，具体如下：手术前要向患者普及关于行冠状动脉造影术的手术过程、注意事项及可能出现的轻微不适，缓解患者的焦虑情绪。告知患者家属应帮助患者清洁皮肤，预防感染。术前行Allen实验；术中：协助患者采取平卧
