孕妇肥胖与妊娠结局相关因素调查研究 　　【摘要】 目的 对孕妇肥胖与妊娠结局的相关因素进行调查研究。方法 选取240例孕妇作为研究对象， 将其中有高危因素的120例孕妇（合并肥胖、糖尿病、曾分娩巨大儿）随机分为A1组与A2组， 每组60例；将无高危因素的120例孕妇随机分为B1组与B2组， 每组60例。对所有孕妇进行营养评价， 并对A2组、B2组孕妇进行营养干预。观察四组孕妇的妊娠结局。结果 A2组中巨大儿发生率、剖宫产率、死产率均明显低于A1组（P0.05）， B2组巨大儿发生率、剖宫产率、死产率均明显低于B1组（P0.05）， A1组妊娠不利结局总发生率明显高于B2组（P0.05）， A2组妊娠不利结局总发生率明显高于B2组（P0.05）。结论 孕妇肥胖与妊娠结局有着密切的联系， 肥胖容易导致妊娠不利结局。对孕妇进行营养干预， 能够有效降低妊娠不利结局的发生率， 提高新生儿的顺产率， 值得在临床上推广应用。 　　【关键词】 妊娠结局；孕产妇；肥胖；营养干预；新生儿 　　DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2015.19.197 　　Investigation of related factors of maternal obesity and pregnancy outcome LIU Dong-ju. Methods There were 240 pregnant women as study subjects. 120 high risk cases in them （complicated obesity， diabetes mellitus， macrosomia history） were randomly divided into group A1 and group A2， with 60 cases in each group. The other 120 cases without high risk were randomly divided into group B1 and group B2， with 60 cases in each group. Nutritional evaluation was made in all pregnant women. Group A2 and group B2 received nutrition intervention. Pregnancy outcomes were observed in the four groups. Results Group A2 had much lower incidences of macrosomia， cesarean section， and stillbirth than group A1 （P0.05）， and group B2 had much lower incidences of macrosomia， cesarean section， and stillbirth than group B1 （P0.05）. Group A1 had much higher total rate of adverse pregnancy outcome than group B2 （P0.05）， and group A2 had much higher total rate of adverse pregnancy outcome than group B2 （P0.05）. Conclusion There is a close correlation between maternal obesity and pregnancy outcome. Obesity will lead to adverse pregnancy outcome. Implement of nutrition intervention can effectively reduce incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome， and improve eutocia rate. It is worthy of clinical promotion and applicati
