*******大学 毕业设计(论文) 题 目:中小企业绩效管理中存在的问题及对策研究 学 院: 专 业: 学生姓名: 指导教师: 摘要   随着社会的发展和中国市场经济的日趋完善,市场竞争愈发激烈。进入21世纪后,我国加入了世界贸易组织,越来越多的外国公司及大型集团加入了中国市场的竞争。因此,提高竞争力已经成为我国企业所面临的迫切问题。人才对于企业的生存和发展有重要意义,作用不言而喻。中小企业的财力和规模有限,无法与大企业比肩,所以优秀人才对它们的生存和发展起着更重要的作用。然而由于种种原因,人才在中小企业中往往难以发挥其才能,人才损失相当严重,给企业带来了难以估计的损失。因此,如何减少人才流失,成为中小企业所面临的一个重要问题。   本文首先描述了我国中小企业人才流失问题的背景,并说明了该问题对企业造成的严重影响,通过对中小企业人才流失的现状及问题原因进行研究分析,针对中小企业中存在的问题,提出一些降低中小企业人才流失率的可行性建议,希望中小企业能够有效地减少人才流失。 关键词:中小企业,人才流失,人员管理 Abstract With the social development and the gradual improvement of Chinas market economy, the market is more competitive. In the 21st century, Chinas accession to the World Trade Organization, more and more foreign companies and large groups joined the Chinese market. Therefore, to enhance competitiveness has become an urgent problem faced by enterprises. Talent for survival and development of enterprises is important, the role of self-evident. Limited financial resources and size of SMEs, large enterprises can not shoulder to shoulder, so the talent on their survival and development play a more important role. However, due to various reasons, the talent is often difficult for SMEs to play their talent, talent loss is quite serious, the enterprise has brought incalculable loss. Therefore, how to reduce the brain drain, as SMEs are facing a major problem. This paper first describes the problem of brain drain in the background of SMEs, and illustrates the problems caused by the serious impact of enterprise, small and medium enterprises through the current situation and problems of brain drain study and analyze the reasons for the problems of SMEs, some Reduce the wastage rate of the feasibility of SME proposals in the hope that SMEs can effectively reduce the brain drain.
