棉织物热转印工艺分析.doc

摘 要
由于棉织物热升华转移印刷工艺的应用和个性化需求不断增加,热转印这一传统工艺又重获朝气。棉织物热转印工艺参数的设定以及织物材料的选择没有统一的标准,所以本文对热转印的理论和实际操作进行一次综合的研究。
本文通过设计多因素、多水平的正交实验,研究了热转印温度、时间和压力三个工艺参数对油墨的转移率,表观深度K/S值,皂洗牢度的影响,以及针对棉织物材料合理选择热转印方式。经过数据的分析获得最优工艺方案,为棉织物热升华热转印这一工艺实际操作提供一定的数据参考依据。
本论文研究热转印的背景、现状,前景以及它的优缺点。对热转印工艺的特点、工艺参数以及耗材进行了一次概述,然后对本次实验的所用的正交实验做了认真的理论分析,通过理论与实验相结合得到一个棉织物热转印工艺的最优方案。

Thanks to the increasing application and personalisation of the transfer printing process of cotton fabric, the traditional process of heat transfer printing is renewed. Cotton fabrics thermal transfer process parameter setting and the choice of fabric material there is no uniform standard, so in this paper, the heat transfer theory and practical operation on a comprehensive study.
This article through the design of multiple factors and levels orthogonal experiment, to study the heat transfer temperature, time and pressure three process parameters on the printing ink transfer rate, apparent depth K/S value, soaping fastness, as well as reasonable selection for cotton fabric material thermal transfer mode. Through the analysis of the data, the optimal process scheme is obtained, which provides some data reference basis for the practical operation of heat transfer printing of cotton fabric.
This paper studies the background, present situation, prospect and its advantages and disadvantages of heat transfer. To the characteristics of heat transfer process, process parameters and material had an overview, then for this experiment used the orthogonal experiment was adopted to do serious theoretical analysis, a cotton fabric is obtained by combination of theoretical and experimental heat transfer process of the optimal solution.
