利用计算流体动力学( CF D) 方法对浸没式超滤膜过滤器内的流场进行数值模拟, 通过计算
得 过滤器内流体速度场, 压力场和紊流强度的分布情况, 并针对膜组件放置位置不同, 对3 种方
案进行分析比较. 结果表明, 在过滤器后端壁面处会形成回流区, 影响水流均匀分布; 两膜组件之
间间距较小的情况下, 会降低膜表面的水流紊动强度, 这有利于均匀布水和颗粒的沉积, 从而提高
过滤效率.

Abstract T he numerical simulation w as carried o ut on flow r eg im e o f t he submerged ult raf ilt rat ion membrane

int ensit y h ave been received by com put at ion . F or the membrane m odules placed on diff er ent posit ions , the
three opt io ns w ere analy zed and co mpared. T he results show t h at t he dead zone is gener at ed at t he b ack- end
w al l of t he f ilter . It can aff ect f low distr ibution . When the distance bet w een t he t w o membrane m odules is
com parat ively small; t he fl ow t ur bulence int ensit y is redu ced; and t he bett er f low dist ribut ion and p art icle
depo sit io n are pr ovided. T hereby t he f iltrat ion eff iciency is im pro ved .
