PVDF浸没式中空纤维超滤膜的制备

摘要:为实现聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)浸没式中空纤维超滤膜的稳定制备,文章采用干-湿相分离法,通过调节配方中PVDF
含量,提高中空纤维膜在纺丝时的可纺性,每个配方进行三轮实验,验证该配方及工艺的重现性。实验结果表明:膜纯水
透过率、膜断裂伸长率随着PVDF含量的增多而减小;膜的断裂强力及断裂强度、膜的泡点压力随着PVDF含量的增大
而增大;膜纯水透过率的衰减率随着PVDF含量的增大而减小,但膜的抗污染能力提高;膜最大孔径可控制在0.1μm
以下,当配方中PVDF含量为20%时,膜的外表面孔径在0.03~0.04μm,孔径分布均匀;膜性能及膜结构形态重现性
良好。综上所述,当PVDF含量为20%时,膜的综合性能、结构较好,可选择该配方进行纺丝生产。

Abstract:Inordertoachievestablepreparationofpolyvinylidenefluoride(PVDF)immersedhollowfiberultrafiltrationmembrane,
thedryandwetphaseseparationmethodwasusedinthisexperiment.ByadjustingthePVDFcontentintheformula,thespinnability
