摘要

建筑工程的质量与安全是建筑业永恒的主题，是百年大计的事情，直接关系

到人民生命财产安全。质量与控制管理是工程施工管理的关键和核心，PDCA循

环是解决工程施工时质量不过关，控制方法不恰当的主要方法。

本文的重点介绍了PDCA循环在建筑工程施工质量基本原理及控制方法。并

以成都市第四建筑工程公司承建的龙湖时代天街一期A区二标段工程为实际案

例，运用PDCA循环方法解决该工程在抹灰成型后出现墙面有裂缝等问题。

Abstract

security.Qualitycontrolandmanagementisthekeyofprojectconstruction

managementandcore,PDCAcycleisthemainwayofsolvingengineering

constructionqualitydoesntpassandcontrolmethodisnottheright.

ThispaperintroducedthePDCAcycleintheconstructionengineering

constructionqualitybasicprincipleandcontrolmethod.Thechengdufourth

constructionengineeringcompanycontractedtoconstructtheeraofstandinglake

areaAsectionisactualcase,andusePDCAcyclemethodstosolvetheprojectin

plasteringformingAcrackappearedmetopeandtheotherproblems.
