First this paper reviewed the research on FDI about income distribution research, then combined with the actual situation of FDI in Zhejiang Province and the distribution of income between urban and rural residents. It analyzes the influence of the FDI against Zhejiang’s residents’ income gap with the time series and cross section data. This article maintains that the FDI is remarkably related to the Zhejiang’s residents’ income distribution. And FDI has more impact on the income of rural residents in Zhejiang Province.
