年产8万吨酒精工厂的初步设计
摘要
本设计的目的是初步确定年产8万吨酒精工厂的生产工艺,初步确定糖蜜罐、稀释罐、酒母罐、发酵罐、蒸馏塔等设备的型号及数量。按照国家规定对酵母、发酵、蒸馏等车间进行规范的布置设计,使生产的酒精质量达到国家要求。在了解国内外燃料酒精发酵行业生产、发展概况之后,通过分析、比较,初步确定了设计方案。
本酒精工厂以非粮食作物糖蜜为原料,采用台湾酵母396号(F-396),通过连续发酵方式生产酒精。厂址选择在全国甘蔗主产地之一的广东省,定在全国制糖产量最高的地区——湛江。年产8万吨酒精工厂的发酵车间需500 m3的发酵罐12个;酵母车间需500 m3的种子罐3个。日产266.7吨无水乙醇,日耗水1.9×104吨,年耗糖蜜3.34×105吨。

WITH AN ANNUAL OUTPUT OF 80,000 TONS OF ALCOHOL FACTORY PRELIMINARY DESIGN
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this design is to determine the initial annual production capacity of 80000 tons of alcohol factory production process, initial identification of molasses tank, tank dilution, yeast, fermentation tank, distillation tower and other equipment type and number. In accordance with state regulations on yeast, fermentation and distillation workshop for layout design, make the production of alcohol quality meet the state requirements. In the understanding of domestic and foreign fuel alcohol fermentation production industry, the general development, through analysis and comparison, the preliminary design scheme is determined.
The alcohol factory to non food crops molasses as raw material, using Taiwan 396 yeast (F-396), through the continuous fermentation of alcohol production. Site selection in the sugar cane advocate one of producing area of Guangdong Province, the national sugar yields the highest region – Zhanjiang. With an annual output of 80000 tons of alcohol plant fermentation workshop fermentation 12 tank of 500 m3; yeast plant needs 3 tank of 500 m3. Nissan 266.7 tons of anhydrous ethanol, the daily consumption of water 1.9×104 tons, year consumption 3.34×105 tons of molasses ever year.
