Polyurethane(PU)isawidelyusedpolymermaterialduetoitsexcellentphysicalandmechanicalpropertiessuchashighstrength,flexibility,andresistancetoabrasion,heat,andchemicals.Traditionally,PUispreparedthroughthereactionbetweendiisocyanateandpolyol.However,thepetroleum-basedpolyolsusedinthisprocesshavesomelimitations,suchashighcost,non-renewableresources,andthepotentialforenvironmentalpollution.Toovercometheselimitations,researchershavestudiedtheuseofbio-basedpolyols,suchassoybeanoil-basedpolyols.

Objectives目标
Theobjectiveofthisstudyistoprepareandcharacterizepolyurethaneusingsoybeanoil-basedpolyol.Specifically,theobjectivesare:
1.Topreparesoybeanoil-basedpolyolusingpolyethyleneglycolandsoybeanoil.
2.Topreparepolyurethaneusingsoybeanoil-basedpolyoland4,4-diisocyanatediphenylmethane.
3.Tocharacterizethepreparedpolyurethane,includingitschemicalstructure,thermalstability,mechanicalproperties,andmorphologies.

Methods方法
Soybeanoil-basedpolyolwaspreparedbyreactingsoybeanoilwithpolyethyleneglycolinthepresenceofpotassiumhydroxideanddibutyltindilauratecatalysis.Polyurethanewaspreparedbyreactingsoybeanoil-basedpolyolwith4,4-diisocyanatediphenylmethaneinthepresenceofstannousoctoatecatalyst.ThepreparedpolyurethanewascharacterizedusingFouriertransforminfraredspectroscopy(FTIR),thermogravimetricanalysis(TGA),tensiletesting,andscanningelectronmicroscopy(SEM).
使用氢氧化钾和二丁基锡双月桂酸盐催化剂在聚乙二醇的存在下将大豆油与聚乙二醇反应制备大豆油基多元醇。使用辛酸锡催化剂在大豆油基多元醇和4,4-二异氰酸二
