华中科技大学硕士学位论文变压器在线状态监测系统研究 姓名：李岩申 请学位级别：硕士 专业：电力系统及其自动化 指导教师：尹项根摘 要 随着国民经济和电力系统的发展对电力系统安全可靠运行的要求不断提高电力系统在线状态监测已经成为重要的科学研究和工程应用方向电力设备在线状态监测可以实时监测电力设备在实际运行状况下的健康状况为系统的安全稳定运行提供保证它作为综合自动化的补充和发展能够使变电站实现真正意义上的无人值守同时它还可为电力设备的状态检修提供依据是实现状态检修的前提和重要组成部分本文从更高层次的变电站自动化技术发展背景出发论述电力设备重点是变压器在线状态监测系统的研究开发工作 　根据变电站电力设备在线状态监测的要求和目标在总结了近年来该领域现状和发展趋势的基础上本文研究提出了一种针对中小型变电站的集中式在线状态监测方案并阐述了能够对变电站中变压器断路器避雷器以及容性绝缘设备等进行综合在线状态监测的系统结构 变压器是变电站中重要的电力设备其运行状况直接影响电网稳定性本文重点工作是设计并研制一种集中式变压器在线状态监测装置具有以下特点 在监测功能方面采用非电量和电量相结合对变压器进行综合监测可有效改善状态评估的准确性具体内容包括变压器油中溶解气体含量监测油中微水含量监测局部放电监测以及运行电气参数监测等对于油中气体含量监测当特征气体含量或产气速率超过注意值时通过改良三比值法和无比值法来进行故障诊断油中微水含量监测通过薄膜电容传感器实现局部放电的监测使用扩大差动平衡法电气运行参数监测通过PTCT获得变压器的运行状态 在故障诊断方面提出了一种三维诊断模式即将设备状态监测数据同规范和定检测试数据比较同自身历史数据的纵向比较同其他同型号设备运行特性横向比较的思想以达到诊断更全面结果更准确的目标 在装置的设计与研制方面硬件上采用分层多ＣＰＵ结构核心模板采用ＤＳＰＣＰＬＤ模式对前端输入信号采用统一接口模式软件结构上采用了模块化设计在提高装置性能的同时还易于进一步扩展成为分布式状态监测系统使装置具有较好的通用性适用性和可扩展性 关键词在线状态监测 变电站 变压器 集中式结构 溶解气体 局部放电 Abstract With the development of national economy and power system, the demand on the reliability and safe of power system have been improved. On-line condition monitoring for power system can monitor the health status of the electric equipment in real time under the real state. It provides safeguard for the safe and steady running of power system. As the supplement and development of the integrative power system automation, substation with nobody on duty in the real meaning will be realized. At the same time, it is the precondition and an important part for the electric equipment condition maintenance and offers the basis for the condition maintenance. Under the background of developing the more high-level automation technology in substation, this paper describes the research and development work in on-line condition monitoring for electric equipment, specially transformer.
