论 著 Research Paper 促进与阻碍护士参与医护查房的因素分析 白洁 刘宇 李馨 倪敏 [ 摘 要] 目的：观察责任护士参与医生查房的现状，探讨责任护士参与医生查房过程中的促进因素和阻碍因素，为今后护 士能更主动和更有效地参与医生查房提供依据。方法：使用目的抽样方法选取某三级医院 2个病区中的12 名护士进行观察和 访谈，对质性资料进行分析，了解责任护士的查房现状与护士参与查房的感受，分析促进和阻碍护士参与医生查房的因素。结果： 100% 的责任护士认同医护共同查房的模式，认为能较全面地掌握患者病情，提高护士专业知识水平，促进医护对患者宣教的 一致性，提升医护合作意识；但同时也存在护士对查房重视不足，主动参与性差，医护查房时间以及病床管理匹配方面有冲突， 医生合作意识不足等阻碍因素。结论：目前查房形式仍是以医生为主，护士跟随倾听。为了促进医护共同查房的效果，建议管 理者调整相关的工作时间和工作模式，促进医护间合作与交流，加强护士在职培训，提升护士知识水平，使护士真正参与到共 同查房中，提升护理质量和患者的医疗照护质量。 [ 关键词 ] 责任护士；查房；医护合作；影响因素 [中图分类号] R47 [DOI] 10.3969/j.issn.1672-1756.2015.05.008 Facilitating factors and obstacles for nurses to participate the ward rounds with doctors / BAI Jie, LIU Yu, LI Xin, NI Min // Fu Xing Hospital, Capital Medical University, Beijing, 100038 China /// Chinese Nursing Management-2015,15(5): 536-539 [Abstract] Objective: To observe nurses participation in the ward rounds with doctors, and to explore the facilitating factors and obstacles for nurses participation.
