毕业设计说明书 北京市新兴混凝土搅拌站工艺设计 ——年产量50万立方米C30商品混凝土 2010年5月30日 土木工程学院毕业设计说明书 20年 摘要 北京市新兴商品混凝土搅拌站位于北京市东环路西段,该搅拌站年产商品混凝土可达50万立方米,本次设计主要以C30商品混凝土为例进行设计。 该搅拌站为双阶式设计,设有两条生产线。设计中包含了以下各步骤:配合比设计、实验室设计、搅拌楼设计、砂石堆场设计、洗车及水循环系统设计、其它设计,最后是经济效益分析。 总平面设计中力求在满足正常生产的条件下,减小占地面积,降低成本。 搅拌机的选型是搅拌楼设计中很重要的一环,我们结合搅拌站的年产量、搅拌设备的利用系数以及搅拌机的小时生产能力进行选型,以保证生产可以顺利进行。 洗车及水循环系统的设计出发点主要是节约用水,保护生态环境,降低生产成本,其主要的部分是沉淀池的设计,本设计中设计的是三级沉淀池,清洗过罐车的废水经过三级沉淀后,可以循环被使用。 关键词:商品混凝土;双阶式;搅拌机;搅拌站 Abstract The Handan Xinxing commerical concrete batch plant is situated at the west of the Donghuan Road in Handan. This batch plant annual output may amount to 500,000 m3, this design mainly based on C30 commercial concretes. This batch plant is the double step-type, equipped with two production lines.The design includes a mixing station should have all the details. The design process is this: raw material to mix design, followed by subsequent laboratory design, mixing plant design, material yard gravel reactor design, car washing and water circulation system design and other design, and finally the cost-effectiveness analysis. The graphic is designed to minimize the area so that we can compact the facilities reasonably ,use the land effectively and reduce costs,but all of these should meet the normal production. Selection of mixer is a very impotant part,mixer is selected according to annual output of the mixing station, the utilization factor, as well as mixer hour production capacity,to ensure that production can proceed successfully. The purposes of car washing and water circulation system design is to conserve water, protect the ecological environment, reduce production costs. The main part is the sedimentation tank design, this design is of three sedimentation tanks, waste water usd in cleaning car can be recycled after three sedimentation.
