摘 要:
汽车行驶时要经常改变行驶方向这就需要有一套能够按照使汽车转向的机构,它将司机转动方向盘的动作转变为车轮通常是前轮的偏转动作。按转向力能源的不同,可将转向系分为机械转向系和动力转向系机械转向系的能量来源是人力,所有传力件都是机械的,由转向操纵机构方向盘、转向器、转向传动机构三大部分组成动力转向系除具有以上三大部件外,其最主要的动力来源是转向助力装置。齿轮齿条式、蜗杆曲柄指销式、循环球-齿条齿扇式、循环球曲柄指销式、蜗杆滚轮式.When cars to be constantly changing the direction of travel , which requires the driver needs to be able to follow a set of automotive steering mechanism , it will be the driver turns the steering wheel moves into the wheel ( usually the front wheels ) deflection action. This agency is the cars steering system .
Different steering force of energy, can be divided into mechanical steering system steering system and power steering system . Mechanical steering system energy source is human, all the pieces are mechanical force transmission from the steering mechanism ( steering wheel ) , steering gear , steering transmission mechanism composed of three parts . In addition to the power steering system with more than three components , as its main power source is a power steering device .
Steering Gears is the core of the steering system , the steering mechanism which changes the rotational movement to linear movement so that the deflection of the wheels , the steering is completed . Steering Gears is divided into worm refers crank pin type , recirculating ball - Fan- rack gear , recirculating ball type crank fingers , worm wheel type , etc. The design of the rack and pinion steering gear design, rack and pinion steering has a simple and compact structure ; high transmission efficiency and the quality of the small steering characteristics, so the actual application of more extensive
