摘 要
【摘要】本文的主题是基于虚拟仪器的汽锅实验测试系统的构建。不锈钢锅炉的底部通过钎焊和加热盘连接,钎焊的质量影响了加热盘到锅炉的导热性能,本文通过构建锅炉内部的温度变化曲线的测量来间接判断钎焊质量,避免因钎焊质量不好而导致的加热效率低下和空烧。文中主要阐述了温度测试系统的集成,对汽锅内水温变化测试,以及测试到数据的采集、分析、存储、回放的过程。测试温度使用的是K线热电偶和ADAM采集卡,是基于labview8.6 平台编程设计的。K线热电偶的采集温度范围是0—1300摄氏度。同时运用ADAM3039和3210采集卡。此次课题所要达到的要求是:通过构建的软硬件系统,对加热的汽锅内水温进行测试,观察水温的变化曲线,通过大量的实验,对水温的变化曲线进行分析,通过得到一个标准来判断汽锅底部加热部分质量的好坏。并且将实验数据存入数据库中,方便以后的调用。

Abstract
【ABSTRACT】In this paper, the theme is Virtual instrument based on LabVIEW for heating?plate, brazing?quality?affects the?thermal conductivity?of?the?heating coil?to the boiler,?by constructing?the?measurement?of?the?temperature?curve?of?the?boiler?within?indirectly judge?the?quality?of?the?brazing?to avoid?due?to?brazing?quality good?heating?inefficient and?air burning Mainly described the integration of the temperature test system, the water temperature changes within the boiler test, and test data collection, analysis, storage,and playback process. The test temperature using a K-wire thermocouple and ADAM acquisition card is designed labview8.6 platform-based programming. Collection of K-wire thermo couple temperature range of 0-1300 degrees Celsius. Use ADAM3039 and 3210 capture card. The topics to be achieved requirements are: to build hardware and software systems, heating water temperature within the boiler to be tested to observe changes in water temperature curve, a large number of experiments, changes in water temperature curve, get a standard determine the boilers at the bottom of the heating part of the quality of good or bad. And experimental data into the database, to facilitate future call.
