 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT - 36 -  PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT - 37 - 供应链中的牛鞭效应与库存控制 摘 要 为发挥库存在企业的运作过程中的作用，改善客户服务水平，在库存位置接近客户时，满足较高的客户服务要求。文章介绍了四个里程碑式的研究：J.W.Forrester、J.L.Burbidge、J.D.Sterman和D.R.Lee，阐述了牛鞭效应研究的现状和发展趋势，牛鞭效应产生的原因，通过对供应链结构的分析，介绍了降低牛鞭效应的方法。我们知道牛鞭效应是不能完全消除的，所以对企业的库存及经济效益有很大的影响，就必须有相应的库存管理方法来解决库存问题。提出了供应商的库存管理、联合库存管理和利用第三方物流供应商来管理库存等方法。使适当的库存存在不仅保证销售活动的顺利进行，而且提高了实际销售量，有助于降低采购和运输成本，产生经济效益。通过对供应商的库存管理和联合库存管理理论建模研究，说明了在供应链的牛鞭效应下对库存控制的重要性。 关键词：牛鞭效应；库存管理；VMI；JMI The bullwhip effect in supply chain and inventory control Abstract Stocks in the course of play the role of enterprises, improve customer service levels, while inventory position close to customers to meet high customer service requirements.
