Position Leadership: Upsides
Leadership begins with position which is the bottom floor of
leadership. When a person receives a leadership position, that means
someone in authority saw some talent and potential in that person.
With the given title and position, come some rights and a degree of
authority to lead others.
Obviously, this power is very limited at the beginning but when it is
used wisely, people around the leader will give him more and more
authority.

Position Leadership: Upsides
Obtaining a leadership position gives the opportunity to shape your
leadership. When someone first becomes a leader, he has no
background, his leadership page is blank.
By filling it in, he will define what kind of leader he wants to be.
