recognizedframeworkforITservicemanagement,providingguidelines

andbestpracticesfordeliveringhigh-qualityITservices.ITIL-based

servicemanagementcanensuretheARPsystemsstabilityandprevent

potentialriskseffectively.Therefore,anITIL-basedARPsystem

operationandmaintenanceserviceplatformarehighlydesirable.

Objectives:

1.TostudyandanalyzethecurrentARPsystemoperationand

maintenancepractices,includingcommonproblemsandchallenges.

2.ToinvestigatetheITILframeworkanditsapplicabilitytoARP

systemoperationandmaintenance.

3.TodesignanddevelopanITIL-basedARPsystemoperationand

maintenanceserviceplatform,includingmonitoring,diagnosis,and

resolutionmodules.

4.Toevaluatetheeffectivenessandefficiencyofthedeveloped

platformandcompareitwithexistingsolutions.
