摘 要
本设计介绍了钛白粉的性质、用途、发展趋势、及各种钛白粉的生产方法并做相应的比较,最终采用目前国内普遍使用并且技术比较成熟的酸解法。
本设计的目的是完成年产5万吨酸解法钛白粉(金红石型)生产工艺设计,其中包括工艺流程设计、物料衡算、能量衡算、主要设备的选型、生产过程中的三废处理以及废副产品的利用。
关键词:钛白粉;硫酸法;水解;工艺计算

ABSTRACT
This design introduced the titanium dioxide powder nature, the use, the trend of development as well as methods of producing titanium dioxide. according to the comparison of these methods. finally determines to use the Acid solution process which is commonly used and its technology more mature.
The purpose of this design is to complete the design of producing 50000t TiO2 per year in Acid solution process which from Settlement to the hydrolysis process. which includes process design, material balance, equipment selection, the waste treatment in acid solution production , waste utilization of byproducts.
