精品论文 参考文献 糖神方治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效分析 徐巍华 张丽 　　（沈阳市中医院，内分泌科 辽宁 沈阳 110004） 　　 　　【摘 要】目的：观察糖神方治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法：将80例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。两组均在严格控制血糖达标的基础上，对照组给予甲钴胺注射液肌注，治疗组应用糖神方辩证治疗，两组均连续用药30d，以糖尿病周围神经病变患者的临床症状、自我感觉及神经传导速度为评价指标。结果：治疗组与对照组无论在临床症状、患者自我感觉还是神经传导速度方面，在治疗前后均有显著变化。且治疗组优于对照组（Plt;0.05）。结论：糖神方能提高糖尿病周围神经病变患者临床症状及运动神经传导速度，显著改善肢体麻木疼痛及感觉异常，对糖尿病周围神经病变具有良好的应用前景。 　　【关键词】糖神方；糖尿病周围神经病变 　　【中图分类号】R781.6+4 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1003-5028（2015）8-0720-02 　　【Abstract】Objective To observe the clinical effect of the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy using Tangshen decoction. Methods: 80 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Two groups were on the basis of controlling blood glucose up to the standard, mecobalamin injection was given to the control group, treatment group with treatment of oral tangshenfang, two groups were treated for 30 days, the evaluation index include the clinical symptoms of the patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy and the sense of self and nerve conduction velocity. Result in the treatment group and control group, there were significant changes in the clinical symptoms, patients self perception and nerve conduction velocity. And the treatment group was better than the control group (Plt;0.05). Conclusion Tangshen decoction can improve diabetic peripheral neuropathy in patients with clinical symptoms and motor nerve conduction velocity, significantly improve numbness pain and sensory abnormalities, which has sure application prospect on diabetic peripheral neuropathy. 　　【Key words】Tangshen decoction; Diabetic peripheral neuropathy 　　糖尿病周围神经病变（diabetic peripheral neuropathy，DPN）是一种随着糖尿病患病时间延长而逐渐发生的一种顽固的糖尿病并发症，由于西医治疗方法有限，靶点单一，使本病难以得到满意的治疗效果[1]。本院内分泌科在长期诊治本病的过程中发现，DPN的发生涉神经损伤、局部血运不畅、氧化应激等多个方面，治疗上主张多措并举，综合应用活血化瘀、温经通脉、通络除痹等治疗手段，研制了专门治疗DPN的方剂“糖神方”，经过多年的临床验证，取得了不错的效果。现报道如下： 　　1 资料与方法 　　1.1一般资料 　　选取我院内分泌科2014年1月～2015年3月收治的80例DPN患者，男性44例，女性36例，平均年龄（60plusmn;8）岁。入选标准：①已确诊2型糖尿病的患者，
