精品论文 参考文献 红景天提取物对放疗致小鼠骨髓抑制作用研究 范文玺 郭小红 刘利 马芹*   新疆华世丹药物研究有限责任公司 新疆 乌鲁木齐 830011【摘 要】目的:考察红景天提取物对放疗致小鼠骨髓抑制作用。方法:通过60Cogamma;射线一次性4.0Gy 剂量照射小鼠致骨髓抑制模型,考察红景天提取物对放疗引起的小鼠骨髓抑制的治疗作用。结果:辐射后,小鼠血液中白细胞、血红蛋白、血小板显著降低(与正常组比较Plt;0.01),红细胞明显降低(与正常组比较Plt;0.05),胸腺、脾脏系数显著降低(与正常组比较Plt;0.01),股骨骨髓有核细胞数量明显降低(与正常组比较Plt;0.05),说明放疗致小鼠骨髓抑制模型建立成功。各给药组给药7 天后,红景天提取物各剂量组对白细胞、血红蛋白数量降低具有明显恢复作用(与模型组比较Plt;0.05),能够显著提高血小板的数量(与模型组比较Plt;0.01),能够明显恢复股骨骨髓有核细胞数量(与模型组比较Plt;0.05),对胸腺、脾脏系数降低没有明显作用。结论:说明红景天提取物对60Cogamma;射线一次性4.0Gy 剂量照射致小鼠骨髓抑制具有明显恢复作用。   【关键词】红景天;放疗;骨髓抑制Inhibition of bone marrow in mice induced by radiotherapy Rhodiola extractFan Wenxi Guo Xiaohong Liu Li Ma Qin*(Xinjiang huashidan Pharmaceutical Research Co Ltd, Xinjiang, Urumqi, 830011)Abstract Objective: To investigate Rhodiola extract on radiation-induced bone marrow suppression in mice. Methods: Bone marrowsuppression induced by 60Cogamma; ray disposable model 4.0Gy irradiated mice were investigated Rhodiola extract in mice to radiation-inducedbone marrow suppression treatment. Results: After radiation, the mice white blood cells, hemoglobin, platelets decreased significantly(compared with normal group P lt;0.01), red blood cells was significantly decreased (compared with normal group P lt;0.05), thymus, spleenindex decreased significantly (compared with the normal group P lt;0.01), femoral bone marrow nucleated cells was significantly decreased(compared with normal group P lt;0.05), described radiation-induced bone marrow suppression mouse model successfully established. 7 daysafter administration of each dose group, Rhodiola extract each dose group of white blood cells, hemoglobin has significantly reduced thenumber of recovery effect (compared with model group P lt;0.05), can significantly increase the number of platelets (compared with modelgroup P lt; 0.01), on the thymus, spleen and bone marrow of factors have reduced the number of nucleated cells had no effect.
