精品论文 参考文献 糜蛋白酶联合透明质酸钠治疗慢性泪囊炎疗效观察 张丽丽 　　（河北省威县人民医院 河北 威县 054700） 　　【摘要】 目的：观察糜蛋白酶冲洗泪道联合透明质酸钠填充治疗慢性泪囊炎效果。方法：随机分为治疗组（75例，151只眼）和对照组（66例，121只眼），治疗组采用泪道探通后糜蛋白酶+庆大霉素+地塞米松液冲洗后泪道内注入透明质酸钠，对照组泪道探通术后庆大霉素+地塞米松液冲洗。结果：治疗结束后半年随访治疗组治愈108只眼，有效40只眼，无效2只眼，总有效率99%；对照组治愈87只眼，有效30只眼，无效4只眼，总有效率97%。1年随访（其中治疗组有20只眼失访，对照组有8只眼失访）治疗组治愈93只眼，好转28只眼，无效9只眼，总有效率为93%；对照组治愈58只眼，好转41只眼，无效24只眼，总有效率为88%。结论：泪道探通后糜蛋白酶冲洗联合注入透明质酸钠可提高治愈率，值得临床推广应用。 　　【关键词】 糜蛋白酶；透明质酸钠；泪道阻塞；泪囊炎；泪道探通 　　【中图分类号】R45 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2015）17-0022-02 　　Chymotrypsin in combination with sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis curative effect observation 　　Zhang Lili.The Peoples Hospital of Wei County, Hebei Province, Wei 054700, China 　　【Abstract】Objective Observe chymotrypsin irrigation of lacrimal duct joint sodium hyaluronate filling effect of the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis.
