50万吨/年优碳线材热轧车间设计
摘 要
本设计拟建一个单线的年产50万吨的优碳线材热轧生产车间。它的最高轧制速度为120m/s,保证速度为100 m/s,产品规格为Φ5.5~14㎜,单卷盘重约2吨。钢种主要是优质碳素结构钢。
本车间设计的内容主要有:产品大纲和金属平衡表的制定;设计工艺方案和工艺流程;工作制度的确定及轧机生产能力分析;主要设备的选择;辅助设备的选择及计算;车间平面布置及起重运输;车间经济技术指标;环境保护;孔型设计;轧制力计算;电机校核与轧辊强度校核等。
本设计采用连铸冷坯为原料,坯料加热之前要对其进行检查、修磨,把个别有缺陷的钢坯用废坯剔除装置剔除。这样既保证了坯料的质量,同时也保证了产品的高质量。在12架粗轧机和中轧机之后,布置了4架预精轧机,10架精轧机。精轧机为摩根无扭精轧机组。
连铸坯在步进梁式加热炉中使用混合煤气加热,加热能力为90t/h。加热炉由微机控制,出炉温度为1050~1250℃。
轧后冷却通过水冷箱和一套斯太尔摩冷却运输系统来完成。该套斯太尔摩冷却运输系统采用延迟型冷却运输装置,采用大风量风机,长度为120米,同时,足够的长度且10段都有保温罩,使得生产冷镦钢和焊条钢等钢种有足够的缓冷,获得良好的组织和性能。
本设计采用的工艺技术及选用的设备代表了当今世界上较为成熟的主流先进技术,在市场经济中具有很强的竞争力。
