江阴职业技术学院 毕业论文 课题:180T注塑机PLC改造 专 业 电气自动化 学生姓名 郁园园 班 组 09自动化(2) 学 号 2009030202 指导教师 陆 斌 完成日期 2011-12-5 摘 要 本文通过应用PLC技术,成功实现了对一台二手注塑机的电气系统的改造,验证了注塑机改造的可行性。本文主要基于西门子S7-200系列进行改造,对注塑机的发展历史和未来发展趋势做了简单的介绍,对注塑机PLC型号的选型方案进行了论证。此外,概述了 PLC的基本组成、特点以及工作原理,对基于西门子S7-200 系列PLC构成的注塑机系统整体设计过程进行较为细致的论述。 论文成功运用了MCGS软件,不但验证了程序的正确性和稳定度,还通过对组态软件数据库的构建、动画的连接及与PLC的网络通讯设置,利用结合组态软件进行模拟仿真。使注塑过程生动形象,便于对注塑工艺不太熟悉的读者理解程序。 改装后的注塑机,故障率明显下降,自动化程度更高,能源特别是电能消耗大大减少。目前国内(特别是不发达的地区),还在大量使用早期的注塑机,注塑机的改造注定会成为一个巨大的经济市场。 关键词:注塑机;改造;PLC;MCGS;仿真设计 Abstract In this paper, through the application of PLC technology, the successful implementation of a second-hand injection molding machine electrical system reform, verified the feasibility of reconstruction of injection molding machine. This article is mainly based on Siemens S7-200 series of injection molding machine, the historical development and future development trends have done a simple introduction of the injection molding machine, the PLC model selection scheme is discussed. In addition, an overview of PLC basic composition, characteristics and working principle, based on Siemens S7-200 series of PLC injection molding machine system overall design process in more detail. The paper used MCGS software, not only verifies the correctness of the program and stability, also based on the configuration software database construction, animation and PLC connected with the network communication settings, using a combination of configuration software for simulation. The injection molding process of vivid image, convenient to injection process readers less familiar with understanding program. The modified injection molding machine, the failure rate decreased significantly, higher degree of automation, the sources of energy especially the electric energy consumption is greatly reduced.
