The gian t magnetoimp edance GMI eect has b een in vestigated in sandwiched FeCuCrVSiB lms annealed at
C for h The frequency and eld dep endences of the GMI ha ve b een observed in the frequency range
from kHz to MHz The GMI ratio increases at rst with increasing frequency and reaches its maxim um
value of at a very lo w characteristic frequency of ab out MHz and then decreases with further increasing
frequency These sup erior prop erties are related to the sp ecial structure of the sandwiched lms
