现代论文：现代韩国义务教育阶段英语教育课程目标及内容的演进研究 【中文摘要】21世纪以来,世界格局风云变幻,国际关系逐渐摆脱冷战思维向着开放、交流与合作的方向发展。在经济社会高速发展的世界化、信息化时代背景下,英语作为一门极其实用的工具性语言,受到了各国的重视。中韩两国是一衣带水的邻邦,自古以来就有着密切的商贸、文化、政治往来,并且共同享有灿烂的儒家文化和汉字遗产。1992年建交以来,中韩两国政治、经济、文化、教育等方面交流日益密切。俗话说他山之石可以攻玉,对与我国有着共同文化积淀的韩国的英语教育进行系统深入地研究非常必要。本文以韩国解放后至今历次英语教育课程的目标及内容为研究对象,将历史时期划分为美军政期及建国初期、新军政府统治时期以及民主化时期,试图通过文献法、历史研究法、内容分析法等方法了解现代韩国义务教育阶段英语教育课程的历史、现状；通过对英语教育课程改革的历史考察揭示现代韩国英语教育理念、课程观等的演变过程；发掘现代韩国英语教育课程改革与国家发展的内在联系；总结韩国英语教育课程改革对我国英语教育课程改革的启示。本文主体部分分为五章。第一章是绪论部分,提出了问题,阐述了中韩两国关于英语教育课程研究的动态,阐明了研究的和意义,并对容易混淆的一些概念进行了界定。第二章到第四章分别阐述了韩国美军政期及建国初期、新军政府统治时期和民主化时期英语教育课程的背景、目标、内容和特点,着重分析了各时期英语教育课程目标与当时国情、教育情况的联系,课程内容能否达成相应课程目标,以及在实施过程中课程的合理和不合理之处。第五章是本文的结论部分。分别介绍了韩国解放后义务教育阶段英语教育课程的演变过程及其对我国英语教育课程改革的启示。本文通过对韩国英语教育理念、课程观、目标以及内容的演变过程分析后提出了对我国英语教育课程改革的相应启示。即：第一,注重素质教育,开发学生中心的英语教育课程；第二,坚持“三个面向”,开发指向世界化、信息化的英语教育课程；第三,增加英语教育投资,缩减地区间英语教育水平差异和英语私教育规模；第四,注重生成性目标和过程取向目标；第五,强化英语交际能力的培养,重视跨文化理解教育。 【英文摘要】In the 21th century, with the great changes of the word’s structure, the international relationship is generally getting rid of the cold-war model, and goes towards the open, communicating, and cooperating way.Under the environment of golablization and informatization, the world’s economy grows rapidly. And English, as a effective language tool, becomes more and more important. As a neighbouring country of China, Korea has a very close relationship with China since the ancient time.
