摘 要 随着第三代移动通信技术逐步进入大规模的商用阶段，新业务陆续引入，用户数量越加繁重。因此运营商要不断的对系统进行优化，以达到系统资源的最优配置，从而使WCDMA无线移动通信网络在资源和性能最佳的状态下运行，只有这样才能在合理的成本范围内为客户提供最大程度的满意服务。 3G的魅力正在于高速数据与多媒体业务，而视频电话、视频流、游戏等高速数据业务都需要一个良好的无线网络环境，无线网络性能的好坏将直接影响到用户的体验及运营商的收益。所以无线网络的优化，是取得成功的关键因素。 本文的主要内容是在现有WCDMA网络的基础上而进行的网络的优化。本文通过对3G移动通信网络中WCDMA技术的研究，详细阐明了无线网络优化的基本方法与流程，并针对WCDMA网络优化中的一些常见问题，给出了具体的解决办法和手段。  关键词:3G； WCDMA； 网络优化  ABSTRACT With the third generation mobile communications technology gradually entering the commercial phase of large-scale, the introduction of new business after another, the number of users has become increasingly onerous.
