ManyoperatorshavebeguntoconsiderthedeploymentofHSDPA,WCDMAmarketismovingtowardthebenignstageofrapiddevelopment.InthecourseofdevelopmentoftheWCDMAnetworkplanningandoptimizationhasbeenahugechallengefacingoperators,inparticular,thecontinuousdevelopmentofmobiledataservices,networkplanningandoptimizationismorecomplex.Optimizationofthenetworkeffectofadirectimpactontheoperatorsnetworkinvestmentreturns,butalsoaffectthequalityofthebusinessandbusinessdevelopment.
