750×600床身式数控铣床进给传动系统设计 摘要750×600床身式数控铣床的进给传动系统的设计过程,床身式数控铣床是一种立柱作竖直运动,工作台可以沿纵向或横向运动,但不升降的数控铣床。本设计依照给定的机床设计相关参数,通过查阅文献资料以及类比现有相似机床的相关参数完成了对床身式数控铣床X轴、Y轴和Z轴三个方向的进给系统设计,包括滚珠丝杠螺母副的选用、轴承的选择以及伺服电机的选择等,并对一些重要的部件进行了校核。 关键词:,, The design of feeding transmission system of 750×600 Bed-type CNC Milling Machine Abstract:traditional ordinary machine tools became difficult to meet the requirement of high quality and high efficiency in the market. Machine tools which are under numerical control have high production efficiency and the capability of processing parts with complex shapes. So they can effectively meet the processing requirements. This paper mainly introduced the design process of feeding transmission system of 750×600 bed-type CNC milling machine. Bed-type CNC milling machine is referred to the machine whose column could move vertically. The table of bed-type CNC milling machine could move along the longitudinal or lateral way, but not the vertical line. This project completes the design of bed type CNC milling machine feed system along the X, Y and Z axes by reading some references and analysing relevant parameters of similar existing machines according to the given design parameters. It includes the type selection of ball screw, the bearing and servo motor. This design also checks some important parts and components.
