PAGE 齐齐哈尔大学毕业设计(论文) PAGE PAGE 6 摘 要 本文以甜瓜为实验材料以25℃做对照在30℃、35℃高温胁迫下,再分别在100μmol/L、200μmol/L处理后的幼苗存活的生理影响及幼苗叶片过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)等酶系活性的变化及丙二醛(MDA)、游离脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白含量、叶绿素含量的变化为研究,结果表明:随着水杨酸(SA)浓度的增加,幼苗叶片的过氧化物酶活性,超氧化物歧化酶的活性先上升后下降。使之维持在较高的水平上,并降低了丙二醛(MDA)含量,增加脯氨酸、可溶性糖和叶绿素含量的积累,适当浓度的外源水杨酸(SA)喷洒处理甜瓜叶片能缓解植物受到的高温胁迫伤害。浓度过高或过低都起不到缓解植物受胁迫伤害的作用。 关键词:水杨酸;高温胁迫;甜瓜;生理活性 Abstract In this paper the experimental materials were based on melon .Under 30℃ and 35℃ ,sprout young seeding dealed with 100μmol/L and 200μmol/L Salicylic acid (SA) .It survived the physiological effects and leaves peroxidase (POD), superoxide dismutase ( SOD), and other changes in the activity of enzymes and the MDA , proline, soluble protein content changes. The results show that proper supplementary Salicylic acid(SA) can improve seeds germination and seedling growth significantly under 100μmol/L and 200μmol/L Salicylic acid(SA) , but high level SA aggravates salt stress. The results also showed that: SA significantly eased, and with the increased concentration of calcium, leaves the peroxidase activity, superoxide dismutase activity first increased and then decreased. Addition of Salicylic acid(SA) significantly enhanced activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and peroxidase (POD) in the leaves of salt stressed soybean but reduced concentration of MDA, increased the contents of proline 、chlorophyll content and soluble sugar of the leaves of Soybean under high temperature stress. Too high or too low concentrations were not alleviate the effect of intimidation damage plants.
