弯游梁式抽油机设计
摘要:本文根据抽油机的基本参数和机构性能特点,以常规游梁式抽油机为基础模型,对其进行技术性改进,而得到具有新型节能特点的弯游梁式抽油机。该机具有平衡效果好、节能的特点,同时在最大限度内保持了常规游梁式抽油机结构简单、皮实可靠、操作、维修方便的优势,适合在各种工况的原油开采,是一种综合性能比较好的抽油机。文章在弯游梁式抽油机基本理论的基础上,做了以下计算:弯游梁式抽油机的冲程冲次的选择与计算、驴头悬点载荷的计算、减速器输出轴最大扭矩的计算和电动机的功率计算等。最后介绍的是各零部件设计的尺寸计算与校核。
弯游梁式抽油机通过弯游梁平衡与旋转的曲柄平衡相叠加的作用,改善纯曲柄平衡或纯游梁平衡的效果,从而减小动力输出波动量,达到节能之目的,并且有利于改善构件的受力状况,减少抽油机事故的发生,从而提高抽油机的综合效益。对平衡的配置进行分析和优化设计,满足所要求的工况需要。

Design of Bending Beam Pumping Unit
Abstract: This paper based on the basic parameters and institutional performance characteristics, taking the conventional beam pumping unit as the basis model so as to get the bending beam pumping unit with new energy-saving features by its technical improvements. The equipment has a good balance as well as energy saving features,what is more, maintaining many advantages for conventional beam pumping unit,such as simple structure, reliability, operation conventional,and conventional maintenance during the maximum level,it is appropriate in all kinds of status of oil exploration, being a Comprehensive relatively good performance of pumping. The article on the basis of the basic theory in the beam pumping unit takes the following calculation: the stroke-selection and calculation for beam pumping unit, horse head hanging load calculation, the Calculation for the maximum output shaft torque of the reducer the calculation for the electrical power and so on. Finally, present the size calculation to various parts and verification.
The beam pumping unit improves the effectionof the crank balance beam balance or pure walking beam by making the bending beam balance and the rotating crank stack so that reaches energy-saving purposes by reducing the fluctuations in power output , helping to improve the fore of the members, reducing the occurrence of accidents in pumping , improving the overall efficiency of pumping units. it is satisfied to the performance by the analysis and the optimization for the balancing equipmen
