Abstract:Trainingroomsafetyhasalwaysbeenthefocusanddifficultyofcampussafetymanagement.Asascience
andengineeringdiscipline,foodmajorsmostlysetupexperimentsbasedonchemistryandsupplementedbyphysics.Chemical
andphysicalexperimentscaneasilyleadtofire,explosionandothersafetyaccidents.Thepracticaltrainingisanimportant
formoflearninginhighervocationalcolleges,accountingformorethan50%ofthetotalclasshours,sothesecurityof
practicaltrainingisparticularlyimportant.Bycollectingrelevantdataandmakingarrangementchart,wecananalyzethe
mainreasons,secondaryreasonsandgeneralreasonsofpracticaltrainingsafetyaccidentsincollegesanduniversities.
Accordingtothecharacteristicsoffoodspecialty,thispaperanalyzesanddiscussesthesafetyproblemsofexperimental
management,andformulatestargetedmeasures,whichpointsoutanewdirectionforthesafetyguaranteeoffoodspecialty
trainingandensurestheorderlyprogressofteaching.
