80 地下院30周年论文集 上海轨道交通6号线车站过街出入口采用 大截面矩形顶管的设计与研究 安 危 赵寒青 摘要 在地铁车站的设计中对设置于路侧的车站一般要求配置兼具过街功能的出入口。此种出入口若横 穿主要道路,由于路面交通流量大,地面以下市政管线密布,若采用明挖顺作施工,保证交通及搬迁管线难 度较大,费用昂贵。在上海轨道交通6号线浦电路站、龙阳路站的设计中,对过街的出入口采用了矩形顶管 的设计方案,取得了较为满意的效果,本文对两车站过街出入口采用大截面矩形顶管法方案设计中考虑的重 点(包括工作井的设置、管节的拟定、管节接缝的防水、工作井与管节接头的防水等内容)予以介绍,同时 对在施工中发现的一些技术细节问题的进行经验总结,以期对今后类似工程的设计及施工做进一步的总结改 进,让大截面矩形顶管过街通道的技术更加成熟,应用更加广泛。 关键字 地铁车站 过街出入口 大截面 矩形顶管 设计 Abstract: The passageway in the subway station located along the street is generally required to design with crossing-street function . As such passageway of the subway station crosses the major street , there are those problems such as the heavy traffic flow in the pavement and dense public pipelines layout underneath the road. So it is difficult and expensive to ensure the transportation fluent and remove the pipelines if open-cut method is used. In the design of the Pudian and Longyang subway station in Shanghai Rail Transit Line 6, the scheme of rectangle pipe j acking is adopted in the crossing-street passageway , obtaining comparatively satisfactory effects. This paper introduces the key points in the large-section pipe j acking scheme adopted in crossing-street passageway of the two subway stations (including work well installation , pipe joints draft , pipe joint waterproofing, the waterproofing between work well and pipe joint), as well as concludes some technology experiences in detail occurred in the construction . This is expected to help promote the design and construction in similar projects and perfect the technology of cross-section rectangle pipe j acking in the crossing-street passageway with broader coverage .
