领导干部联系点制度 　　一、参与与联系点挂钩的人员 二、联系工作的内容： 1、指导开展保持共产党员员先进性教育活动。 2、、调查研究、督促检查，使联联系点成为保持共产党员先进进性教育活动的示范点。 3、帮助联系点进一步找出工工作差距，理清工作思路，解解决实际问题。 4、对联联系的基层单位生产经营状况况、安全管理工作进行交流和和分析。 5、了解联系点点职工的思想动态、困难职工工的生活状况，以及存在的不不稳定因素，并予以研究解决决。 1、处级党员领导干部与车间间党支部挂钩，做到参加车间间党支部组织的保持共产党员员先进性教育活动的中心组学学习讨论、心得交流会一次，，主讲党课一次；参加互评一一次；参加党支部组织的保持持共产党员先进性教育活动知知识竞赛一次；参加党支部组组织的保持共产党员先进性教教育活动成果演讲会一次。 2、科级党员领导干部与与基层党小组挂钩，做到参加加党小组组织的保持共产党员员先进性教育活动的中心组学学习讨论、心得交流会一次，，主讲党课一次；参加党小组组组织的保持共产党员先进性性教育活动知识竞赛一次；参参加党小组组织的保持共产党党员先进性教育活动成果展示示一次；参加批评与自我批评评（互评）。 3、为保证证保持共产党员先进性教育活活动收到实效，凡挂钩的厂处处级党员领导干部每阶段深入入现场深入基层调查研究，了了解情况，掌握活动进度不少少于二次，并及时将掌握的情情况向党委报告；挂钩的科级级党员领导干部对上级党组织织做到每周有工作反馈，每阶阶段有情况报告。 1、处级党员员领导干部至少挂钩一个基层层车间级党支部。 2、科科级党员领导干部至少挂钩一一个本单位基层党小组。 industrialization, industrial characteristics, contribute to ecological environmental protection.
