箱体散热片的冲压工艺及模具设计
[摘要] 本文利用冲压工艺及模具设计的理论知识,同时以金属学与热处理、塑性力学等许多工程技术基础学科为基础,并联系冲压设备、模具制造工艺学等相关学科进行箱体散热片的冲压工艺及模具设计。在对箱体散热片进行零件工艺性分析以及确定冲压加工工艺方案的基础上设计冲裁模和弯曲模两副模具,并对所设计的两副模具按相关要求检查其加工工艺性以及生产的可行性。在设计过程中,应用Pro/Engineer软件绘制冲裁模和弯曲模的三维实体造型,同时采用CAD绘制两副模具的装配图和部分主要零件的零件图。设计结果表明,利用所设计的模具进行箱体散热片的生产,可以提高产品的质量及生产效率,达到高质量、低成本的预期目的。

The Stamping Process and Die Design for The Box Heat Sink
Abstract:In this paper, the stamping process and die design for the box heat sink is done by using the theoretical knowledge of stamping process and die design. At the same time, the paper is done on the basis of many knowledge, such as metal heat treatment, the mechanics of plastic, stamping equipment, the manufacturing technology of dies, and so on. The blanking dies and bending dies are designed on the basis of the work of technology analysis and process scheme determined. In the design process, using Pro/Engineer software design entities, and using Auto-CAD software making project plans together. The result of design shows that the quality and production efficiency for the box heat sink will improve by use the dies which are designed in this paper.
