我国住房公积金制度的发展策略研究.doc

内容摘要 随着居民住房需要的增加，住房公积金制度便成为可以帮助很多人减轻住房负担的一种制度，和保障性住房制度一样，两者目前对我国住房保障方面都很重要，人们可以通过住房公积金贷款来完成对保障性住房建设的支持作用。 本文首先对住房公积金的起源进行了论述，然后对住房公积金的发展现状进行了分析，发现住房公积金缴存比例不均衡，住房公积金贷款需要满足很多条件等，对这些问题给出了具体的解释，最后通过了解一些国外的住房公积金制度，学习好的一面，找出解决我国住房公积金制度问题的方法，从而住房公积金制度的发展。 关键词:住房公积金；住房公积金贷款；保障性住房 Abstract With the increase of residential housing needs, housing accumulation fund system has become a lot of people can help alleviate the burden of a system of housing, and affordable housing system, both of them are important for the current housing security, people can through the housing accumulation fund loans to finish the supporting a role to complete the construction of affordable housing. Firstly, the origin of the housing fund were discussed, and the status of development of housing provident fund were analyzed and found that the housing provident fund deposit ratio is not balanced, the housing provident fund loans need to meet a lot of conditions on these questions with a specific explanation, Finally, learn some foreign housing accumulation fund system, learn the good side, to find solutions to the problem of housing accumulation fund system, so as to develop housing provident fund system.
