浅谈工程造价管理的问题及对策
摘 要：工程造价是随着商品经济的发展和现代管理科学的发展而产生和发展的。本文首先介绍了我国工程造价管理的总体概况，包括定义、产生背景和发展现状；然后对我国工程造价管理中存在问题进行详细分析，主要针对我国工程造价咨询业管理不健全；高素质的工程造价技术人才严重不足；工程造价管理信息系统不完善；计价方式落后，不适应建筑市场经济的发展；缺乏对工程造价的全过程管理等问题，得出以下改革建议：1.健全发展我国造价咨询业2.对工程造价人员进行培训3.加强造价信息系统的研究开发4.改革现行的工程计价方式，实施工程量清单计价方法5.加强工程建设全过程的造价管理。
本文旨在启发我国工程造价管理的工作者和管理者，能切实结合实际情况，努力改善工程造价管理的现状，从而使我国工程造价管理走上健康持续发展的道路。
