等离子体处理对涤纶染色性能的影响
摘要:涤纶纤维由于它的理化性能优良,已被广泛地用于现代生活的各个方面。但由于其大分子链紧密敛集,结晶度和取向度较高,极性较小,缺乏亲水基团且无染色位。因此涤纶纤维的染色问题一直是研究的重点。本文通过等离子体对涤纶织物进行表面改性,再用X光电子谱测试织物表面化学成分, 研究了涤纶织物处理前后表面形态的变化, 探讨了经等离子体处理后, 涤纶织物的上染性能的变化。结果表明, 等离子体处理提高了涤纶织物的染色性能, 同等染色条件下, 经等离子体处理的织物染色后与未处理的织物相比,前者具有明显深色效应。选用极性不同的分散染料上染处理前后的涤纶织物,上染率同样大幅度提高。织物处理后,纤维表面有等离子体刻蚀的纵向沟痕。这些沟痕增加了纤维表面的粗糙程度,使染料固着量有所增加,进而提高了染料的吸附量和上染率。

Plasma Treatment Of Polyester Dyeing Properties
Abstract: Polyester fiber because of its excellent physical and chemical properties,Polyester fiber has been widely used in all aspects of modern life. However, because of their close convergence macromolecular chain set, a high degree of crystallinity and orientation, polar small, the lack of hydrophilic groups, and no staining bit. Therefore, the dyeing of polyester fibers has been the focus of the study. In this paper, plasma surface modification of polyester fabric, and then X photoelectron spectra fabric surface chemical composition of the polyester fabric surface morphology before and after the changes discussed by the plasma treatment, the dyeing properties of polyester fabric changes . The results showed that plasma treatment improves the dyeing properties of polyester fabric, the same dyeing conditions, after plasma treatment and untreated fabrics dyed fabrics compared to the former have obvious dark effect. Use of different polarity before and after disperse dyeing of polyester fabrics, dye also increased significantly. Fabric treatment, plasma etching the surface of the fiber longitudinal grooves. These grooves increase the fiber surface roughness, so that dye fixation increased, thus improving the adsorption of dyes and dyeing rate.
