和防控响应级别后，要加强与当地政府影视主管部门的沟通协

调，做好项目备案和配套资源对接工作，熟悉当地医疗资源和

流程。

此外，要落实防疫资金和物资，增加防疫支出预算，确保

防疫物资储备充足。对演职人员进组进行严格审核，要求全组

人员均来自非疫情防控重点地区，并持有健康绿码或纸质健康

证明。按工种组别分类建立人员信息台账，记录人员的健康状

况和每日健康检测情况。

剧组抵达拍摄地后，要第一时间向当地政府影视主管部门

和居住地所在社区进行人员信息备案，并进行新冠病毒核酸检

测，注册办理当地电子健康通行卡。每天开工前，要对全员进
