国内外数字油田技术发展趋势及策略

摘要：近年国际石油公司数字化投资在科技投入中的占比升高，已成为石油公司与服务商技术合作

的首要领域。不同类型公司关注领域不同，独立石油公司关注能够短期见效、直接降低成本的数字化方案，

跨国石油公司则偏好能带来整体效率提升的综合平台和一体化方案。研究发现，油气上游数字化转型方案

包括油田自动化生产优化、预测性维护、工业物联网、新建海上设备智能调试和海上设备远程控制5种类

型。介绍了壳牌公司智能油田运营、澳大利亚天然气HSE数字管理、我国新疆油田数字化应用3个国内外

典型案例。针对我国油气行业数字化转型，指出关键是要制定与人力资源战略相结合的数字化转型路径；

以老油田为基础，选择适当规模的数字化项目；技术创新是核心，先进的油田数字化转型应该与自动化油

藏评价、智慧油藏控制、物联网、机器人等先进技术紧密结合。

Abstract:Internationaloilcompanieshaveincreasetheproportionofdigitalizationtotechnologicalinvestmentinrecentyears.

Digitalizationhasbecomeanimportantareaintechnologicalcooperationbetweenoilcompaniesandservicecompanies.The

companiesofdifferenttypesfocusonthedifferentareas.Independentoilcompaniesareconcernedwiththedigitalizationscheme

thatcantakeeffectinashorttermandreducethecostdirectly.Multinationaloilcompaniesareinfavoroftheintegratedplatform

andschemethatcanimproveoverallefficiency.Thestudyindicatesthatthedigitaltransformationschemefortheoilandgas

upstreamsectorincludesfivecategories--automaticproductionoptimization,predictivemaintenance,industrialIOT,intelligent

commissioningofnewoffshorefacilities,andoffshoreequipmentremote-control.Thispapermakesintroductionofthreetypical
