《植物生理学》教案（The teaching of plant physiology） A lesson in plant physiology Chapter ii water physiology of plants I. teaching hours Planned teaching hours are 8 hours, in which 4 hours of course, 4 hours of experiment course. Ii. Basic requirements of the syllabus 1. Understand the physical and chemical properties of water and the role of water in plant life activities; 2. Understand the chemical potential of water, basic concept of water potential, and the significance of water potential in plant physiology; 3. Understand the composition of plant cells water potential, solute potential, lining potential, pressure potential and other concepts and its role in the composition of plant cell water potential, 4. To understand and preliminarily learn the method of determination of water potential of plant tissue; 5. Understand the root system of plants, the mechanism of water absorption, the mechanism of water absorption and soil conditions that affect the water absorption of the root system; 6. Understanding the physiological significance and stomatal transpiration of plant transpiration is the main method of transpiration, the index of transpiration, determination method and the way to reduce transpiration rate properly; 7. To understand the way and speed of water from underground to the ground, and the mechanism of rising water along the pipe; 8. To understand the water requirements of crops, reasonable irrigation indicators and irrigation methods and the importance of developing water-saving agriculture to promote sustainable use of water resources. The absorption of water by cells. 4. The roots of plants absorb water. Mechanism and factors of stomatal transpiration. The path of water transport in plants. 7. Water requirements and reasonable irrigation. (2) difficulties 1. Basic concep
