摘要

随着市场经济的发展，中小企业在国民经济中的地位越来越重要。但由于各种因

素导致中小企业会计核算存在众多问题，这些问题不但影响中小企业的发展，而且不

利于市场经济的健康发展。所以，建立建全中小企业会计核算制度，规范会计核算手

段是十分必要的。本文将从实际出发，针对中小企业会计核算存在的问题进行分析，

探讨其产生的原因，并提出相应的完善对策。

Abstract

Alongwithsocialandeconomicdevelopment，smallandmediumenterprises

moreandmoreimportantroleinthenationaleconomy.But，duetovariousfactors

leadingtoSMEaccountingtherearealotofproblems，andtheseproblemsnot

onlyaffectthefuturedevelopmentofSMEs，isnotconducivetothehealthy

developmentofthemarketeconomy.So，setupanSMEaccountingsystem，

standardizetheaccountingmethodsandmeasuresareverynecessary.Thispaper

willproceedfromreality，analyzetheproblemsinaccountingforSMEs，and

investigateitscause，andputsforwardcorrespondingcountermeasures.
