PAGE PAGE 1 南京林业大学 本科毕业设计 题 目：年产十七万吨白卡纸涂布工段工艺设计 学 院： 专 业 学 号： 学生姓名： 指导教师： 职 称： 二O一五年 月 日 摘 要 本次毕业设计的课题为年产十七万吨白卡纸涂布工段工艺设计。 本次设计的流程为：1.了解社会卡（涂布白卡纸的一种，为了方便后文中统一称为社会卡）的主要质量指标和关键的技术参数；2.设计初步的工艺流程并进行可行性论证；3.在可行性论证的基础上选择合理的涂料进行配比；4.了解涂布对社会卡质量的影响；5.绘制工艺流程图；6.进行设计总结。 工艺方面：本设计是刮刀涂布，正面两次涂布（预涂,面涂），背面一次涂布，硬刮刀的工作原理，涂料上料循环流程。涂料的主要成分是颜料和胶黏剂，还有一些其他助剂，其中颜料有碳酸钙和高岭土，胶黏剂有胶乳、淀粉、CMC等，其他助剂有分散剂、消泡剂和水等。根据车间实际生产调整，纸幅从硬压光过来，先经过预涂，然后经九烘进背涂，再经面涂送至十烘。本造纸车间可以生产不同克重的社会卡，总的年产量为17万吨。 通过本次设计，了解涂布白卡纸的生产工艺及所用设备，进一步巩固所学知识，为以后的工作及研究打下扎实的基础。 关键词： 社会卡(涂布白卡纸) 造纸车间 涂布工段 Abstract The graduation design subject to an annual output of one hundred and seventy thousand tons of white cardboard coating production process design.
