The monopole antenna has a very simple and compact configuration. Ho ever, the dimension of the CPW impacts strongly on the performance of the antenna because they are not in effective isolation. The antenna fed by a CPW ith different di- mensions is investigated numerically and experimentally. And the design of the antenna ith a given dimension of a CPW operating at 900 MHz is demonstrated.
