浅谈如何将体育精神和人格教育贯穿于体育教学中 　　（乌鲁木齐市第十六中学 新疆 乌鲁木齐 830000） 　　【摘 要】现代社会的发展，对中学生的体育教育提出了新的要求，对中学生的身体与精神、知识与能力、道德与行为都有了不同于以往的新的教育手段和方法。作为中学教育的重要组成部分，体育教学也同样存在着这样一个重要课题。中学体育教学离不开传授体育的技能知识，离不开身体锻炼，这勿容置疑，问题是我们应该把追求的目标定在何处，这一点应当引起重视，在中学体育教学中通过体育精神的教育，潜移默化地熏陶和影响到中学生的人格形成，为全面发展学生健康人格精神起到重要作用。这应是我们中学体育教师思考的重点，是中学体育教学追求的高层次目标。 　　【关键词】体育精神；人格教育；体育教学 　　Talking about how the sporting spirit and character education throughout the Physical Education Teaching 　　Abudusalamu?Anniwaer 　　（Urumqi XVI School Xinjiang Urumqi 830000） 　　【Abstract】The development of modern society， Physical Education Students put forward new demands on the body and spirit， knowledge and ability， morality and behavior different from the previous high school students have a new educational tools and methods.
