我们将建立一整套完善的规章制度和工作程序，包括《门

卫保安服务规范》、《巡逻保安服务规范》、《视频监控保安

服务规范》等一整套完善的管理制度和操作规程，使管理工作

有法可依，有章可循，做到行为标准化、管理规范化。

我们将坚持“预防为主，防治结合”的管理理念，建立岗位

责任安全制，实行全天24小时对医院进行全方位值岗巡查，

预防各类刑事案件、治安事故的发生。我们将建立安全责任人

制度，定期进行防盗、防破坏、防自然灾害的安全防范检查，

发现隐患及时整改。保安员必须统一着装，统一佩戴标志、警

械和工具，遵纪守法、服从命令、团结协作、秉公办事、文明

用语、热情服务，自觉接受社会和院方的监督。

我们注重消防管理，制定消防“日”、“周”“月”检查制度，

制定落实医院重要区域的消防方案，加强消防安全检查。我们

将组织保安员参加消防知识培训及研究基本的操作规程，不断

提高对医院消防安全的认识和实际技能的操作。
