In this paper, the concept and characteristics of big data technology is described, the applications of big data in various sectors are summarized, the current situation of medical health data resources in China is summarized, combined with the application situation of domestic and foreign data in medical and health fi eld, the opportunity and challenge of Chinas health fi eld is analyzed in the face of big data era, to provide reference for the health administration and academic circles.
