摘 要
目前我国中小企业在经济和社会发展中具有举足轻重的地位,是市场经济中最活跃的部分,已经成为保持经济平稳较快增长的主体。这些中小企业以民营企业为多,而其中家族企业又占了很大的比例,一些企业决策基本上是老板说了算,缺少一整套科学、合理及有很强可操作性的管理规章制度,容易造成决策失误。企业对于管理的认识存在的误区包括:一是重改革,轻管理。有些企业认为,只要企业改革不断深入,管理水平就可以自然提高;二是重建制度,轻抓落实。多数企业都注意完善规章制度,但有的满足于上墙入柜,有章不循,落实不力,管理上表现出不同程度的随意性;三是重传统管理办法的使用,有的企业认为,老办法好使,新办法难用,管理主要靠经验。对于中小企业来说,采用5S 管理具有可行性和必要性。

At present, China SMEs in the economic and social development plays a decisive role. The market economy, the most active part, has maintained stable and rapid economic growth as the main body。These small and medium enterprises to private enterprises for the more family business which has accounted for a large proportion .
