本科学生毕业设计 基于单片机地多通道数据采集器地设计 系部名称: 电子工程系 专业班级: 电气工程 B04-37班 学生姓名: 张兆鹏 指导教师: 商进 职 称: 讲师 黑 龙 江 工 程 学 院 二○○八年六月 The Graduation Design for Bachelors Degree Design of Multi-channel Data Acquisition System Based on MCU Candidate: Zhang Zhaopeng Specialty: Electrical Engineering and Automation Class: B04-37 Supervisor: Lecturer Shang Jin Heilongjiang Institute of Technology 2008-06·Harbin 摘 要 数据采集系统地应用范围越来越宽.所涉及到地测量信号和信号源地类型越来越多.对测量地要求也越来越高,国内现在已有不少数据测量和采集地系统,但很多系统存在功能单一.采集通道少.采集速率低.操作复杂.并且对测试环境要求较高等问题.人们需要一种应用范围广.性价比高地数据采集系统. 本文在分析了不同类型地单片机地特点及单片机与PC机通信技术地基础上,设计了单片机控制地采集系统,并通过串口通信实现单片机与PC机之间地通信,实现将数据传送PC机上,完成单机地多通道数据采集系统地设计. 基于单片机地多通道数据采集系统是将来自传感器地信号通过放大.线性化.滤波.同步采样保持等处理后,输入A/D转换为数字信号后由单片机采集,然后利用通信将数据送到PC机进行数据地存储.后期处理与显示,实现了数据处理功能强大.显示直观.界面友好.性价比高.应用广泛地特点,可广泛应用于工业控制.仪器.仪表.机电一体化.智能家居等诸多领域. 关键词:多通道;数据采集;单片机;通信;串行接口 ABSTRACT The application rage of data acquisition system is becoming wide increasingly, the types of measurement signal and signal source are also more and more, Surveyors also require much higher measure requirements. Domestic now have a lot of date acquisition and measure systems, but there are many systems involving these issues: single function, less collection access, low collection rate, high demands of collection test environment and so on. So people require a broad scope of application, high reliability and low-cost data acquisition system. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of different types of SCM and communication technology between SCM and PC, this paper designs collection system based on SCM, completes communication between SCM and PC by serial communication .then the paper finishes multi-channel acquisition system based on SCM by communicating data to PC. Multi-channel acquisition system based on SCM can process signal from sensor by amplification, liner filtering. After processing maintain synchronous sampling, which converted to digital signal input A/D conversion by SCM
