毕业论文（设计） 论风险投资与企业财务管理优化 财务管理 专业 【摘 要】本文致力于研究在风险投资过程中的主体企业（风险投资机构）和对象企业（接受投资的创业企业）财务管理优化问题，探讨财务管理对风险投资成功的重要性，具体包括风险投资方和被投资单位两方面的财务管理问题，涉及筹资、投资和撤资等多个经营过程，分析发现风险投资的财务风险，探讨风险投资中财务管理面临的困难，寻找规避风险的途径，通过优化财务管理把风险控制在可以接受的范围内，对风险投资的健康发展具有现实意义。本文认为资本运作和管理是风险投资的核心，而财务管理作为“一种开放性、动态性和综合性管理，就是围绕资金运动而展开的”，于是，以资金及其运动为纽带，将风险投资与财务管理紧密结合在一起，风险投资企业需要紧密关注财务风险，因此需要做投资风险的评估、管理和控制，这就是财务管理的具体内容。只有不断优化财务管理机制使风险投资公司有效运行，才能使资本和技术有效结合，促进整个风险投资体系的发展。 【关键词】 风险投资 财务管理 优化 Research on Accounting information disclosure 【Abstract】This paper devotes to the research in the process of risk investment main body (risk investment institutions) and the object enterprise (accept investment enterprises), the optimization of financial management to explore the importance of financial management for risk investment success, including two aspects of risk the investor and the invested entity of the financial management problems, involving multiple business process such as financing, investment and divestment, analysis found that the financial risk of the investment risk, risk investment is discussed the difficulties facing the financial management, searching for ways to avoid risk, through the optimization of financial management risk control in the acceptable range, has practical significance to the healthy development of venture capital． This paper argues that capital operation and management is the core of venture capital, and financial management as an open, dynamic and comprehensive management, is the revolves around money movement and, then, with capital and its movement, the risk investment and financial management together, risk investment enterprises need to pay close attention to financial risk, and therefore need to make the investment risk assessment, management and control, this is the specific content of financial management． Only by constantly optimize financial management mechanism to make risk investment company to run efficiently and effectively combine to make the capital and te
